Climb on Kimberly!

One more skill.  One more book.  One more step

Kimberly is taking life by the horns and working her way up!

I love watching one of my young ladies find a passion and make it theirs.  I really like watching the true love of learning to bloom in their mind.

Kimberly took on American Literature, Algebra 1, US History, and Zoology 3, as her texts this semester.  She will enter 2020 having completed all of them and transitioned into Traditional English Literature, Algebra 2, Geometry, Biology, and a new social studies text.  She plans to be finished with her Mathematics by next year and “taking the PERT.” (Mom is cautioning her to go slowly and steady)

Kimberly’s goals are inspiring (goals, I always encourage them to make goals but don’t be surprised when something alters them) – I let my independent learners choose their own texts within the library of classes after the math & grammar base.  Kimberly wants to be ahead on school so she can focus on gymnastics.  This little shorty loves the sport of gymnastics and can’t wait to reach team! She works out at home, uses every opportunity to practice, and would live at gym if she could get rides there!  She wants to be a veterinarian eventually.

She joined Civil Air Patrol.  She wants to be a cadet officer. (Picture is her first promotion)

She keeps on climbing…

She was baptized this year, volunteers at Sunday School, is working to save money for Passion Camp in the summer (donate), and ships out to CAP Encampment after Christmas.

Everything she does with a determined passion.  I love watching her climb on!

I pray, Kimberly, that you keep Jesus first and follow your dreams with your whole heart!

Type at you later,

~Nancy Tart
